recrouter parses published job listings for comparison with a vast database of previously ranked jobs and calculates a list of applicable tags and scores by finding groups of keywords and historical scores.

Recruiters can manually tag candidate profiles with keywords that match skills and qualifications. The tags can also be assigned scores to reflect skill levels. Recruiters can also assign PPC bids and advertising budgets to individual candidate profiles.

recrouter matches jobs and candidates using a 3 part algorithm that combines match score, bid value and click-through-rate. The top candidates are displayed to employers using the algorithm's output on every view.

PAY-PER-CLICK

recrouter's algorithm uses candidate PPC bid value as one of the factors in determine candidate display ranking. Recruiters can assign bid values to indicate the maximum they are willing to pay to have their candidate's profile viewed by employers.

For example, if two candidate profiles are filtered and selected for display to employers, the candidate profile with higher bid value will receive a higher display rank.

Recruiters can assign weekly, monthly or all-time budgets to individual candidate profiles that will determine the frequency and cut-off point.

MAKING PLACEMENTS

Only recruiter contact information is displayed along with candidate profile. If an advertised candidate is found suitable and further conversation is required, the employer can initiate contact with the recruiter.
